We are looking for a Commercial Manager to join our team in Ghana.

Commercial Management
• Develop and execute the commercial strategy for the imported product range, aligning with the overall business objectives (listing strategy, number of SKUs, etc.).
• Identify and establish new supplier relationships and maintain existing ones.
• Develop promotional activities and pricing strategies for imported products.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to ensure cost-effective procurement.
• Stay updated with e-commerce platforms on trending products and popular product trends, and implement them on our app.
• Provide guidance, training, and development opportunities to the team to enhance their skills and performance.
• Foster a collaborative and productive work environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork.
• Liaise with finance and accounting departments to ensure accurate tracking of import costs and budgets.
• Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to continuously improve processes.
• Collaborate with the tech team and the Lebanon team to integrate their developments into the Ghana operations, ensuring these innovations contribute to the overall improvement of the company.
Demand Planning
• Oversee and handle the entire supply chain process for imported products from the UK, USA, and Lebanon to Ghana (air and sea).
• Manage relationships with logistics partners.
• Lead and manage a team in Ghana to support operational tasks (updating reports, issuing orders, replenishing on time, following their KPIs, etc.).
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast demand to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize excess inventory based on the company's strategy.
Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and present regular reports on commercial and supply chain performance, including key metrics and KPIs.
• Check and analyze department reports: sell-out reports, stock aging reports to identify slow-moving items and reasons (e.g., pricing or customer preference), margin and wastage reports, promo & compensation reports, etc
