Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 8 years of experience in baking
✔️ Expertise in croissants, viennoiseries, baguette tradition, and other breads
✔️ Specialized in sourdough techniques
✔️ Strong attention to detail and consistency
✔️ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
