JOB DESCRIPTION:

1- Review staff schedule
2-Manage staff break
3- Ensure staff are available and on time
4- review cashier report and transition to 2nd shift
5- execute transition between shifts
6- Follow on client incident tickets
7- Ensure Customer Satisfaction
8- Full monitoring on the whole floor operation
9- Report to stakeholders for any major incident

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

* Managerial skills
* financial Knoledge
* Proper planning and able to take immediate action
* Proper Communication skills
* Trilingual knowledge (arabic/english/french)
* Working under pressure and long shifts
