Prepare and update when needed documents, policies, and procedures related to BRCGS
- Manage and follow up with the quality team on their BRCGS tasks (inspection report (done by supervisors), traceability, PRP and forms, training calendar and training dates, lab reports expiry and renewal, type of lab testing and calibration to be conducted, paperwork required from other departments).
- Conduct internal audits and collaborate with operations on the initiation of corrective action and preventative measures when necessary.
- Follow up with showroom managers on the initiation of corrective action and preventative measures when necessary.
- Follow up with the purchasing on the acquisition of suppliers ‘questionnaires, food safety certificates, technical data sheets, and COAs in accordance with traceability.
- Compare last year’s audit report with the current standard and current available system at Global Foods.
- Create an improvement action plan as part of continual improvement for the BRCGS audit.
- Create and update production flow charts, HACCP, VACCP, and TACCP, and any other risk assessment needed for the BRCGS.
- Coordinate with the certification body concerning audit dates or any other inquiry
- Prepare a corrective action plan and send it before the deadline to the auditor
- Make sure to communicate with Libnor every year so that all present standards at Global Foods are updated.
- Follow up on customers’ complaints.
- Create and update technical data sheets of Global Foods ‘product to comply with legislative norms such as Libnor, EU, or other standards as per Customer’s requirements.
- Coordinates with management in areas of safety and discipline as prescribed by company policy when applicable to ensure compliance
