Job Title: Biomedical Engineer – Customer Support & Service Management (English & French)

We are a dynamic company providing innovative biomedical solutions to healthcare providers in Africa. To support our growing customer base, we are seeking a Biomedical Engineer to join our Customer Support & Service Management team.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of product-related issues.

Manage service requests and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.

Assist with troubleshooting, maintenance guidance, and product training.

Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, sales, logistics) to ensure seamless customer experience.

Document and track customer interactions in the service management system.

Contribute to improving processes, documentation, and customer knowledge base.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering or related field.

Strong technical understanding of biomedical devices and equipment.

Excellent communication skills in both English and French (written and spoken).

Experience in technical support, customer service, or service coordination is a plus.

Strong problem-solving abilities and customer focus.

Ability to work independently from home and manage multiple tasks efficiently
