  • Oversee and ensure proper credit application processes before processing shipments.
  • Support the sales team in negotiating and closing deals.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Ensure proper coordination between sales, customer service, and the collection department.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking opportunities, and trade shows.
