Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Ads, social media, email, etc.).
Analyze performance data to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and creative teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
Oversee content creation, including blogs, social media posts, video content, and case studies.
Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies.
Stay current with industry trends, market research, and emerging marketing technologies.
Mentor junior team members and assist in team development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
4-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a mid-career or specialized role.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media).
Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and strong attention to detail.
Proficiency with marketing tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with marketing automation platforms.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, or basic web design is a plus.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday (9:00 am - 4:00 pm)
