Key Responsibilities:
Oversee merchandiser team to ensure optimal stock levels and product displays.
Monitor and maintain inventory availability across retail locations.
Ensure planogram compliance and effective in-store product placement.
Coordinate with sales and supply chain teams to prevent stock shortages.
Track sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Train and guide merchandisers to improve execution and efficiency.
Conduct regular store visits to assess merchandising standards.
Key Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in merchandising, preferably in FMCG (Dairy).
Strong knowledge of stock management, display standards, and retail execution.
Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP systems, and merchandising tools.
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
Willingness to travel for store visits and field assessments.
