Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and ensure smooth operations. The ideal candidate will assist with administrative tasks, manage client communications, and help track sales performance. This role is essential in maintaining efficiency and ensuring our sales processes run seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, contracts, and reports.
Coordinate communication between sales representatives and clients.
Process sales orders and ensure timely follow-ups.
Prepare sales presentations, reports, and meeting materials.
Support the development and execution of sales strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in sales support, coordination, or a similar role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and a proactive mindset.
