Key Responsibilities:

Set up, maintain, and troubleshoot PCs, networks, and firewall systems to ensure reliable, secure IT operations.
Monitor and manage IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network components.
Provide technical support for Petal.io and SOP Platform as needed, adapting based on your competencies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system performance and support product deployments.
Oversee system updates, backups, and security protocols.
Qualifications:

Proven experience managing IT infrastructure in a professional environment.
Strong knowledge of PC setup, network administration, and firewall management.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective support.
Familiarity with supporting enterprise-level software platforms is a plus.
