Administrative Assistant to the GM

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to the GM to manage office operations and provide full administrative support to the General Manager. If you have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office management and administrative tasks
- Handle the GM’s schedule, including meetings, agendas, and travel arrangements
- Prepare reports, memos, and correspondence on behalf of the GM
- Coordinate and manage business visits and follow up on key tasks
- Maintain records, documentation, and ensure smooth office operations
- Coordinate with service providers, vendors, and suppliers for office maintenance, procurement, and facility management to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience in administrative support or office management
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
