We are seeking an enthusiastic Sales Specialist to join our pest control company. You will be responsible for generating leads, promoting our pest control services, and converting potential customers into loyal clients. You will work with residential and commercial customers to identify their pest control needs and offer tailored solutions to protect their properties.

Responsibilities:
• Perform detailed pest control inspections for residential and commercial customers.
• Recommend customized pest control solutions based on inspection findings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Drive new business by identifying potential customers and presenting pest control solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales, and follow-ups.
• Effectively manage your time, prioritize tasks, and work independently in the field.
• Provide exceptional customer service, answering questions and offering advice when needed.

Qualifications:
• 3 years Sales experience required (pest control services preferred)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science or equivalent
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
• Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing customer needs
