Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance-Based Web Sales Agent to drive new business and help clients find the best web solutions for their needs. In this role, you will identify potential customers, present our web design and development services, and close deals on a commission basis. Success in this role means generating leads, converting prospects, and helping grow our web agency’s client base.

Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients who need web design, development, or digital solutions.
Present and explain our website services.
Build strong relationships with businesses and entrepreneurs to understand their web needs.
Negotiate contracts and close deals to generate revenue for the agency.
Qualifications
Strong understanding of web design, development, and digital marketing (no coding needed, but basic knowledge is a plus).
Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
Ability to generate leads through cold outreach, networking, and online platforms.
Proven sales experience (is a plus).
