We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Insurance Coordinator to join our team. This role focuses on placing marine pleasure boat businesses in the international market while ensuring smooth policy administration and client service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and submit proposal forms and placing slips, to insurers.
- Negotiate and secure competitive terms in the international marine insurance market.
- Handle policy endorsements, renewals, and modifications as required.
- Maintain strong relationships with brokers, insurers, and clients to facilitate efficient placements.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and in compliance with market standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience in marine or general insurance (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong understanding of insurance placement procedures.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and insurance-related software.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
