Senior Accountant

Location: Verdun
Working Hours:
Mon till Friday 8:00am till 5:00pm
Saturday: From 9:00am till 1:00pm

➢ Responsible for day-to-day accounting entries for all expenses
➢ Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts
➢ Closing of accounts and preparation of financial statements and regulatory reports
➢ Daily reconciliation of invoices
➢ Ensure controlling day-to-day booking on the journal such as journal vouchers, discounts, bills, returns, banks, etc.
➢ Responsible of the preparation of monthly entries for accruals and pre-payments
➢ Daily settlements of clients’ refunds
➢ Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system
➢ Generate needed monthly reports
➢ Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
