Talent Acquisition Officer or (Recruitment Officer)
Responsibilities & Scope of Work:
A well reputable Production and distribution FMCG Company leader in the Lebanese market is looking for a Recruitment officer / Talent Acquisition Officer holding a University degree; preferably in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Sciences or any other equivalent related field, or in Business Administration from well-reputed Universities.
Qualifications: Around 3-5 years of Recruitment and Talent Acquisition experience with not less than 3+ years as Talent Acquisition Officer / Supervisor or Staffing Supervisor or Recruitment Supervisor or related, within well-established large Lebanese companies or major multinationals in Lebanon or in the region in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods Production/ Factory or distribution / Commercial industry etc…………………..
Previous experience of having recruited technical and consulting roles within a fast paced, in-house environment is preferred.
Previous experience in partnering and influencing senior hiring managers / Technicians / Labors / IT / FMCG sales people and executives throughout the recruiting cycle.
Well connected with local Lebanese Universities and other sourcing contacts and able to comprehend well the Lebanese market and context.
Responsible for hiring across all Lebanon needs; and focused on enhancing customer experience by delivering a world class service to and through both candidates and in respect of his/her colleagues.
Will be partnering with the business at all levels in order to ensure delivery of a highly consistent and first-class level of excellence to the local entity.
Having good interpersonal skills/soft skills. Good listener. Numerate, analytical and metric focused. Able to demonstrate a can-do approach, as a problem solver and team player. Positive and ‘roll up your sleeves’ attitude; able to take the initiative..
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with a flexible and adaptable approach to managing change across multiple stakeholders.
Strong leadership skills; will be a role model who practices and demonstrates the company’s values, especially by leading by example
Trilingual: Arabic, English with French as a must.
Capabilities:
• Coordinates probation period and performance appraisal processes.
• Preparing or updating employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting and terminating.
• Attend to recruitment needs through adequate job posting.
• conduct interviews and recruiting new staff
• Prepare contracts and discuss terms with hired staff
• Informing job applicants of job duties responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working, conditions, promotion, opportunities, grade, cost of living, KPI etc.
Job Specifications & Other Skills & abilities:
• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• 3 to 5 years and more of experience in a similar Human Recruitment capacity
• Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good time management skills
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Good leadership skills
• Attention to detail
• Ability to work under pressure
