Job Title: Customer Support Specialist (English & French speaking areas)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Employment Type: Full-Time

About Us
We are a growing company providing healthcare products and solutions to clients across Africa. To support our expanding customer base, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist who can assist our clients and ensure they receive excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Help customers in getting the quotations and deliveries for our products and services.
- Follow up with customers to make sure their issues are fully resolved.
- Work closely with other teams (like sales and logistics) to make sure customers get the help they need.
- Keep clear records of customer interactions in our system (We use odoo)
- Help us improve how we support customers by sharing feedback and suggesting improvements.

What We’re Looking For
- Degree in any field — all backgrounds are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication skills in both English and French (written and spoken).
- Customer service experience is a plus, but not required — we value a helpful attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using email and basic computer tools.
- Able to work independently from home and manage your time well.
- Preferably, candidate should be under 28 years
