We are looking for a Mechanical Draftsman (CAD Operator - Mechanical) to join our team. The main role of the draftsman is to use design software to generate mechanical drawings for engineering and manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare mechanical and technical drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, materials, and specifications for components,
assemblies, and systems.
• Create preliminary sketches and produce detailed mechanical designs and schematics.
• Develop multiple design versions for review by mechanical engineers.
• Incorporate details into mechanical plans using knowledge of fabrication techniques and industry standards.
• Calculate the quantity and quality of materials, estimate material and labor costs, and determine project timelines.
• Assist in preparing technical specifications for mechanical systems to meet project requirements.
• Represent and assist engineers on-site to ensure that plans and specifications are correctly followed.
• Work under the supervision of mechanical engineers or project managers.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure that mechanical designs align with project requirements.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Drafting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other relevant software).
• 10 years of experience in mechanical drafting.
• Familiarity with BIM (Building Information Modeling) is a plus.
• Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and patience in drafting work.
• Technical drawing skills with the ability to interpret and develop mechanical designs
