Sales Coordinator

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales and procurement operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong problem-solving abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee designated aspects of the procurement process by generating purchase orders within SAP and integrating with CRM systems for efficient customer data, invoicing, and purchasing management.
- Prepare monthly reports including budget vs. actual sales analysis, after-sales service performance, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Administer client accounts, ensuring timely invoicing and conducting account aging analysis for financial oversight.
- Manage export documentation and invoicing, ensuring full compliance with customs regulations.

Requirements:
- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales coordination, procurement, or supply chain management.
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems for procurement and customer data management is a plus.
- Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices in supply chain management.
- Excellent problem-solving skills to handle challenges in invoicing, account management, and compliance.
