Outdoor Sales Representative

Position Summary
Responsible for generating sales with existing and potential customers while providing them with high quality service. Also, participates in expanding sales network & maintains valuable relationships with customers at the aim of maximizing sales profitability and digital growth.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities Sales Field
•Visits customers according to the Lead’s routing and analyzes the assigned geographical area; determines key locations and potential prospects and reports findings to Management
•Researches sources for developing future customers and for determining their potential
•Builds and maintains relationships with existing and potential customers
•Supports retailers in driving sell-out
•Negotiates terms and conditions with customers
•Closes sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
•Trains and educates customers on product usage, features and benefits
•Provides customers with the required onboarding tools/ items
•Stays updated with the latest product information and features
•Gathers information and maintain knowledge on market competition and competitive sales factors for the same product
•Assists new agents in their enrollment at OMT
•Ensures periodic visits to existing agents and distributes needed materials and promotional items

Analysis & Reporting
•Prepares and submits sales reports on a daily basis
•Gathers and reports information regarding existing/potential agents and participates in assessing performance
•Leads the execution of surveys (questionnaires, different check lists and reports)
