We are looking for a Web Content Posting / Social Media Specialist to manage and enhance our online presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for posting, optimizing, and maintaining content across websites and social media platforms. They should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Website Content Management:
Publish, update, and optimize website content (articles, blog posts, images, videos, etc.).
Ensure content is formatted correctly and follows SEO best practices.
Coordinate with content creators, designers, and developers for website updates.
Monitor website performance and suggest improvements.

Social Media Management:
Develop and schedule engaging posts across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
Write compelling captions, headlines, and descriptions tailored for each platform.
Monitor trends and create timely, relevant content.
Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.

Content Planning & Coordination:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content calendars.
Coordinate with designers, videographers, and writers to produce high-quality content.
Plan and execute social media campaigns and promotions.

Preferred Qualifications:
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
Understanding of paid social media advertising
