A reputable company is on the lookout for a creative Senior Marketing Specialist to join its team!
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in brand strategy, campaign execution and media relations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engagement and business growth.

What will your day look like?
• Expertly plan, schedule and manage content across all social media platforms to drive brand visibility and engagement.
• Boost campaigns across digital platforms, utilizing strategies to enhance performance and reach.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment on campaign goals, expectations and results.
• Distribute media across third-party platforms (press, digital, radio, TV) to ensure maximum visibility and media presence.
• Oversee creative content production ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Manage public relations efforts, including media outreach and crisis communication.
• Identify and build strategic partnerships to strengthen brand positioning.
• Analyze marketing performance data and adjust strategies based on insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and operations, to align marketing efforts.

You are the Senior Marketing Specialist we are looking for if you have:
• BS degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Arabic and English (French is a plus).
• Strong expertise in brand strategy, campaign execution and digital marketing.
• Excellent storytelling, content creation, and communication skills.
• Experience managing PR, media relations and strategic partnerships.
• Proficiency in marketing tools (Google Analytics, social media platforms, CRM systems).
• Strong leadership and project management skills
