Profile:

University Graduate

10 years of F&B operation, including a minimum of 1 year in a similar role
Fluency in English;
Proficiency in MS Office


Tasks:

Administer guest reservations and waiting list and keep reservation book and system well maintained and organized in order to reduce errors and secure guest satisfaction
Respond to guest inquiries and requests and handle guest complaints effectively and communicate them to the Restaurant Manager in order to take the correct measures
Collect and develop guests’ database to support any future reach out for the guests
Build respectful relations with guests and follow up on guests’ satisfaction and communicate the same to Restaurant Manager
Oversee the Guest Relations team when handling guest inquiries and incoming phone calls and coach them to ensure that they are communicating professionally with all guests
Handle supervisory responsibilities that include planning and assigning tasks of the guest relations team, following up on task accomplishment with deadlines, observing results and quality and training team members
Implement and improve the quality and food safety management system as per the requirements of applicable national statutory and regulatory requirements as well as international standards and guidelines
