J Consult is a premier HR and Recruitment consultancy agency. We are currently partnering with a distinguished client to recruit an experienced Outdoor Salesperson for their operations in Beirut, Lebanon.

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Outdoor Salesperson with at least 2 years of experience in sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing deals through face-to-face interactions. Key Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation & Client Outreach – Identify and approach potential customers to promote company products/services.
* Face-to-Face Sales – Conduct outdoor sales visits, present offerings, and close deals.
* Customer Relationship Management – Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Market Research – Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential business opportunities.
* Achieving Sales Targets – Meet or exceed assigned sales goals and KPIs.
* Reporting & Follow-Ups – Maintain accurate sales records, track progress, and follow up with clients.
* Collaboration – Work closely with the sales team and management to optimize sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:
* Education: High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in outdoor sales, field sales, or direct sales.
* Strong Communication & Persuasion Skills – Ability to engage clients and present products effectively.
* Negotiation & Closing Skills – Confidence in handling objections and finalizing deals.
* Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented – Ability to work independently and under pressure.
* Needs to be motorized (either a car or a motorcycle)
