The Leisure Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales of leisure travel services, including hotel bookings, vacation packages, excursions, and other non-airline travel services. The role involves acquiring new clients, maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, and optimizing sales opportunities to maximize revenue and client satisfaction.
Detailed Job Description:
Client Relationship & Sales Development
• Sell leisure travel services, including hotels, vacation packages, cruises, excursions, and car rentals.
• Identify and develop new leisure client opportunities through outbound sales efforts and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
• Provide travel recommendations tailored to clients’ needs, budget, and preferences.
• Follow up on client inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service and quick response times.
Sales & Revenue Optimization
• Upsell and cross-sell travel services to maximize revenue per booking.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, competitor pricing, and promotional offers.
• Work with the marketing team to develop promotions and seasonal offers to attract clients.
• Negotiate and secure preferred rates with hotels, travel operators, and service providers.
Market Research & Competitive Analysis
• Conduct market studies to assess travel trends and emerging destinations.
• Monitor competitors’ packages and pricing to ensure competitiveness.
• Recommend adjustments in pricing and promotional strategies based on market demand.
Sales Reporting & Performance Tracking
• Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, booking trends, and customer preferences.
• Track key performance metrics, including conversion rates, sales revenue, and client retention.
• Analyze data to refine sales approaches and identify growth opportunities.
Operational Coordination
• Collaborate with travel suppliers and partners to ensure seamless booking experiences.
• Handle customer issues, complaints, and special requests to ensure high satisfaction.
• Work closely with the operations team to ensure travel bookings are managed efficiently.
Job Profile:
Education and Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Tourism, Sales, or a related field.
• 0 to 1 year of experience in travel sales, hospitality, or related fields.
• Proven ability to sell leisure travel services and create customized travel experiences.
• Experience in handling B2C and B2B leisure sales is a plus.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; French is an advantage
