We are looking for a dedicated Demi Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. If you have a passion for cooking, a keen eye for detail, and can handle the heat of a busy kitchen, this is the job for you! You’ll assist in food preparation, maintain high standards, and support senior chefs to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Food Preparation: Assist in preparing ingredients, sauces, and mise en place for service.
Cooking & Plating: Execute dishes according to recipes and presentation guidelines.
Station Management: Maintain cleanliness and organization of your workstation.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Chef de Partie and Sous Chef to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
Quality Control: Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
Food Safety & Hygiene: Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a clean and safe kitchen.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor ingredients, report shortages, and minimize waste.
Qualifications & Skills:
Previous experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie in a restaurant or hotel kitchen.
Knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen operations.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
Strong attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence.
Team player with good communication skills.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
