Floor Supervisor - Jiyeh

Level 5 Holding - Tehwitat Furn El Chebbak - لبنان
Reports to: Operations Manager

Job Purpose:
Manage the opening and closing operations, delegate tasks to employees throughout the day, and ensure each customer has an excellent experience.

Responsibilities:
• Performing opening, mid and closing shift duties
• Managing daily operations including cleanliness, organization, upselling and staffing
• Zone management
• Managing guest relations
• Providing exceptional guest service, thereby setting the standard for all employees
• Monitoring staff performance and hold staff accountable for their performance, ensuring guest’s experiences meets OBR’s standards and expectations.
• Making hiring and termination recommendations to the Operations Manager
• Training, coaching, developing and disciplining all front-of-house employees through ongoing feedback and the establishment of performance expectations
• Implementing training programs
• Managing supplies deliveries and inventory
• Ensuring sanitation

Job Qualifications:
• Previous experience as a Floor Supervisor
• Previous experience in a resort is a plus
• Positive Attitude
• Flexible
• Fluent in Arabic & English, French is a plus
