Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily bus operations, including fleet management and customer relations.
• Oversee bus reservations, driver assignments, and transportation inquiries.
• Supervise and guide bus drivers, ensuring compliance with cleanliness, uniform, and hygiene standards.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance, insurance documentation, and inspections.
• Monitor fuel consumption and validate garage invoices.
• Handle accident-related procedures and liaise with insurance companies.
• Ensure all vehicle documents are up to date and legally compliant.
• Manage customer complaints and implement service improvements.
• Promote bus services and engage with new clients.
• Coordinate with the accounting department for invoicing and collections.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transportation Management, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, fleet supervision, or a similar role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise teams, including drivers.
