- Monitor all account payables and account receivables.
- Prepare cheque payment and handle petty cash.
- Administer all bank transactions.
- Maintain bookkeeping and complete data entries in the accounting software.
- Perform bank and regular accounts reconciliation and tax calculations as per Lebanese accounting policies.
- Prepare accounts reconciliation for debitors and creditors.
- Prepare profit and loss sheets on a regular basis and submit necessary reports to the financial manager.
- Prepare accounts for the external auditor.
- Prepare monthly payroll.

Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or Finance
- At least five (5) years of work experience in a similar position in a construction/contracting, real estate and/or FM companies.
- Knowledge of accounting disciplines
- Knowledge in all areas comprising the full accounting cycle
- Knowledge of general accounting functions as per Lebanese accounting policies
- Possess risk management skills to assist Management in minimizing financial risks
- Computer skills (MS Office, MS Excel, Accounting and Finance software)
