We're Hiring: Key Account Manager – FMCG Industry (Mkalles)

Join our team at a well-known FMCG company based in Mkalles. We are looking for a Key Account Manager to build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and drive business growth.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in Key Account Management or a similar role.
• Strong background in FMCG or related industries.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Job Duties:
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and improve client satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
• Provide regular reports on account performance and opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
• Ensure timely and effective resolution of any client issues.
