Job Summary:
The Purchasing and Logistics Specialist manages procurement and logistics activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective supply of materials and timely delivery of goods.
Key Responsibilities:
* Purchasing:
* Source and purchase materials, negotiating with suppliers.
* Process purchase orders and track deliveries.
* Maintain supplier relationships and evaluate performance.
* Cost control.
* Logistics:
* Coordinate transportation and manage shipments.
* Oversee warehouse operations and inventory.
* Ensure compliance with customs and regulations.
* Track and improve delivery times.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Experience in purchasing and logistics.
* Strong negotiation and communication skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software.
