A leading jewelry company in Zouk Mikael is seeking HR Supervisor to oversee the daily HR operations, manage employee relations, and support organizational goals .

Job Role:
-Supervise the delivery of HR Operations, managing the workflow to ensure, accurate, high quality and timely provision of services to all customers within the HR department.
- Support the Director of HR and Organizational Development and other members of the management team with budget management, and processing orders
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the team with a view to identifying ways of improving performance levels
- Handle employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Coordinate and implement employee training and development programs.
- Maintain and update employee records in HRIS, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with management to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.
- Prepare HR-related reports and metrics for management review.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or in a similar HR management role.
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Solid understanding of training and development programs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
