The Commis Waiter/Waitress assists in delivering smooth and high-quality service in the restaurant. Responsibilities include supporting senior waitstaff, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring guest satisfaction with prompt and professional service.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in setting up and maintaining the restaurant, bar, or banquet area.
Serve food and beverages professionally and efficiently.
Refill water, clear tables, and ensure guests have all necessary items.
Provide friendly and attentive service while handling guest requests.
Answer basic menu inquiries and communicate special requests to senior staff.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness for tables, cutlery, and glassware.
Restock service stations and follow hygiene and safety regulations.
Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.
Follow instructions from supervisors and assist colleagues when necessary.
Communicate guest feedback to enhance service quality.
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.
Strong communication skills in English and Arabic, with French as a plus.
