Beauty Advisor - ABC Dbaye

Pharma Group is hiring a Beauty Advisor for its para-pharmacy, Parashop in ABC Dbayeh to promote products to sell and give advice on the use of different cosmetics and skin care products.


Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure a clean & proper display of Parashop goods on the shelf
•Set the items per range as per the planogram
•Ensure no out-of-stock items on shelves where existing in the pharmacy warehouse
•Check close to expire goods & report it to Sales Rep/Supervisor six months in advance
•Deal with close to expire goods to liquidate them in the pharmacy. Returns from pharmacies where we have promotions are strictly forbidden.
•Responsible to fill the data client
•Approach customers in the pharmacy to introduce our Brand, act as advisor and recommend the right product for the consumers
•Report market info such as competitors trade offers, consumer offers, special events, new launching, etc.

Key Requirements:
•University degree is preferable
•Customer- oriented and excellent communication skills
•Presentable
•Proactive & Dynamic
•Negotiation skills
•Team player
•Good command of English
