  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company goals.

  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal departments to ensure customer needs are met.

  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, attending events, and digital outreach.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into business opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and customer service teams to align strategies and enhance customer experience.
  • Provide feedback from the market to help improve products and services.
  • Maintain records of sales, revenue, and client communications in CRM systems.
  • Prepare regular reports on business development progress and pipeline status.
  • Analyze key metrics to refine strategies and optimize performance.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • A Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 3–7 years of proven success in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Experience in the same or related industry is preferred.
  • Strong business acumen and market knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
