We are seeking an experienced Service Technician with expertise in office machines and Canon printers. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a range of office equipment while delivering excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair Canon printers, copiers, and multifunction devices.
Perform routine maintenance on office machines to ensure optimal performance.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and connectivity issues.
Provide technical support to clients both on-site and remotely.
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used.
Educate clients on equipment usage and maintenance best practices.
Manage inventory of replacement parts and tools.
Requirements:

Proven experience in repairing Canon printers and office machines.
Strong knowledge of printer mechanics, firmware updates, and software installation.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to interpret service manuals, schematics, and technical documentation.
Strong customer service skills and ability to explain technical issues clearly
