A startup technology company in Gemmayze is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Specialist to join its team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing the social media strategy, building brand awareness, engaging with audience, and driving business growth through various social media platforms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement engaging social media strategies that align with business goals.
Create and curate high-quality, shareable content (text, images, videos) for various social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
Manage and maintain social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity.
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and build online communities.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and audience feedback.
Run social media advertising campaigns, track performance, and optimize for ROI.
Analyze social media data and metrics, providing reports and insights to the marketing team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Collaborate with other departments (sales, customer service) to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer experience.
Develop and execute social media contests and giveaways to increase engagement and reach.
Manage social media budgets effectively.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
Proven experience (1-3 years preferred, but highly motivated fresh graduates will be considered) in managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to create engaging and shareable content.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads).
