Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering a strong online presence for our brand. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure our social media efforts align with overall marketing objectives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement social media strategies to boost brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.

Curate and create engaging content (text, graphics, and videos) that aligns with the brand's voice and objectives.

Actively monitor and engage with the online community, responding to inquiries, comments, and fostering meaningful interactions.

Design captivating graphics, images, and videos optimised for each social media platform to maximise reach and impact.

Analyse social media metrics and user feedback to generate insights and recommend actionable improvements.

Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and objectives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.

Proven experience in social media management or a similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.

Proficiency in using social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media management tools.

Strong creative and visual skills, with experience in graphic design and multimedia content creation.

An analytical mindset with the ability to assess data, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.

Excellent communication skills, with a proactive and engaging approach to community management.

Ability to stay up-to-date with trends and adapt strategies to emerging social media platforms.
