Job Summary:
Sleep Comfort is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee and manage project execution, ensuring smooth coordination between the production team, clients, and project sites. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can monitor progress, communicate effectively, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as a bridge between the production team, project sites, and clients to ensure seamless execution.

Monitor project timelines, ensuring materials, products, and resources are available as needed.

Conduct site visits to supervise installation, address issues, and ensure quality standards.

Communicate with clients to provide project updates and ensure their requirements are met.

Work closely with production and logistics teams to prevent delays and solve on-site challenges.

Ensure all project activities comply with company quality and safety standards.

Document and report project progress, challenges, and solutions to management.

Qualifications & Skills:
1–3 years of experience in project coordination, site supervision, or a related field (preferably in furniture, manufacturing, or interior projects).

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact with clients and teams.

Basic knowledge of furniture manufacturing, interior projects, or production workflows is a plus.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
