Insurance and Claims Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and issue insurance slips based on the client's requirements.
• Assess and compare offers to ensure proper coverage options.
• Assist the senior team in policies issuance (Marine, Property, Medical …)
• Accurately record claim details, maintain organized records, and prepare regular reports on claim status.
• Assist in handling professionally claims issues with internal teams, clients and external adjusters.
• Assist the senior team in conducting investigations and assessments of claims.
• Ensure that all claims are in line with the terms and conditions of the insurance policies.
• Maintain excellent customer service and support to policyholders throughout the whole insurance process.

Key Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Insurance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in Insurance claims.
• Strong knowledge of Insurance and claim processes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluency in English and French is mandatory
