Assistant to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Key Responsibilities:

Lead digital & AI transformation of financial reporting systems and processes for efficiency and accuracy.

Supervise of the finance department in multiple division and multi line of businesses

Assist in preparation of the company’s financial reports statements, and forecasts for internal and external in all divisions
Oversee cash flow.

Ensure legal and taxation regulatory compliance in all financial functions.

Able to travel to UAE to follow up in overseas division

Interface with banks, auditors, and external partners to maintain strong financial relationships.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field MBA is a plus.

Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) in senior financial management roles.

Strong understanding of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial legislation.

Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent analytical and decision-making skills.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and strategic vision
