Key Responsibilities:
• Team Leadership & Development: Build the sales team structure from the ground up. Recruit, train, and mentor junior sales staff on domain expertise, company policies, and operational procedures.
• Sales Operations Management: Develop and implement sales KPIs and commission structures. Create internal guidelines and documentation for handling various requests and operational standards.
• Client Acquisition & Relationship Building: Develop strategies for client engagement and retention. Create a roadmap for establishing and nurturing long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and requests are met in collaboration with the back office and accounting departments.
• Market Research and Competitive Strategy: Conduct ongoing market research and competitive analysis to adjust strategies and develop unique selling propositions.
• Performance Monitoring: Track team performance against targets, providing regular reports to management and offering feedback and strategies to improve sales results.
• CRM and Tools Management: Learn and manage the CRM system comprehensively. Develop sales pitch presentations and equip the sales team with essential tools for effective pitching and client interactions.
• Daily Motivation & Support: Conduct daily meetings to motivate the team, address concerns, and solve issues to enhance team performance and sales outcomes.
• Reporting and Documentation: Generate regular reports for management on sales activities, team performance, and strategic outcomes. Create and maintain detailed documentation for sales processes and guidelines.
Required Skills & Abilities:
• Proven leadership with the ability to build and manage sales teams, ideally in a startup or new department context.
• Deep understanding of Forex, CFDs, and financial markets, with proficiency in trading platforms like MT4/MT5.
• Strong organizational, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in CRM and data management tools.
• Strategic thinker with a track record in performance management and sales excellence.
Education & Experience:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• Extensive sales experience in the Forex, CFD, or financial sector, with at least two years in a leadership role.
• Experience in developing sales strategies, training programs, and performance metrics.
Language Skills:
• Fluency in English is required. Additional languages (Arabic, French) are a plus
