Head of Operations (Fashion Design)

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized individual who can wear multiple hats and oversee the overall business operations. This role requires someone who can effectively manage and coordinate all teams and departments to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning and long-term growth. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, able to prioritize and balance the demands of various areas of the business while driving efficiency, collaboration, and performance across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage cross-functional teams across departments (e.g., marketing, sales, operations, finance, etc.).
• Oversee the overall business strategy and ensure alignment across teams and projects.
• Collaborate with department heads to set clear goals, KPIs, and timelines for each team.
• Provide leadership and guidance to department managers, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiencies across the organization.
• Ensure the successful execution of both short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Foster a positive and productive company culture that encourages innovation, accountability, and teamwork.
• Monitor business performance and lead efforts to address challenges, troubleshoot issues, and optimize results.
• Act as a liaison between senior leadership and departments, providing regular updates on progress and key initiatives.
• Take on special projects as needed and contribute to high-level decision-making.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of experience including minimum 2 years in a leadership role, managing multiple teams or departments.
• Relevant experience the fashion design industry.
• Strong ability to think strategically while handling day-to-day operations.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, balance multiple projects, and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Experience with business operations, budgeting, and performance metrics.
• Ability to motivate and manage teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English
