Key Responsibilities:
Design Creation:

Develop creative concepts and designs for a wide range of materials, including websites, social media graphics, print advertisements, brochures, posters, and logos.

Ensure that all designs are aligned with brand guidelines and meet the client’s or team’s needs.

Produce high-quality visual designs that resonate with target audiences.

Collaboration:

Work closely with marketing, content, and product teams to ensure designs support campaign goals and brand messaging.

Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to understand their design needs and objectives.

Incorporate feedback and revisions to finalize designs.

Brand Consistency:

Maintain consistent branding across all design materials.

Ensure that designs are on-brand, visually appealing, and aligned with the company’s or client’s vision and identity.

Production & File Management:

Prepare final design files for print or digital use, ensuring proper resolution, formatting, and specifications.

Organize and maintain design files and assets, ensuring easy accessibility for future use.

Market Trends:

Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and technologies.

Integrate new design trends and techniques to keep materials fresh and relevant.

Time Management:

Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Prioritize tasks and ensure efficient workflow.

Qualifications:
Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).

Experience:

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar creative role.

A portfolio showcasing your design skills, creativity, and versatility.

Experience with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc.).

Skills:

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.

Excellent creativity and attention to detail.

Strong communication skills to understand design requirements and collaborate effectively with teams.

Ability to work under pressure and handle feedback constructively
