Procurement Manager - Home Appliances & Furniture Retail & Wholesale

About the Role:
We’re looking for a Procurement Manager to lead our sourcing and purchasing strategies, ensuring the highest quality products at the most competitive prices. This role is critical in optimizing supplier relationships, managing costs, and driving operational efficiency. Main Duties:
1. Strategic Sourcing & Supplier Management
• Develop and implement a proactive procurement strategy for home appliances and furniture.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships with international suppliers, and strengthen local relationships.
• Negotiate suppliers' contracts and pricing to maximize value and minimize risk.
• Monitor supplier performance, ensuring compliance with quality and delivery standards.
2. Cost Optimization & Budget Management
• Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality.
• Conduct market research and price benchmarking to ensure competitive pricing.
• Manage procurement budgets effectively and analyze spending trends.
3. Inventory & Demand Planning
• Work closely with sales and operations teams to align purchasing decisions with demand forecasts.
• Optimize inventory levels to avoid overstocking or shortages.
• Implement Just-in-Time (JIT) procurement for efficient stock management.
• Ensure seamless ERP system integration (Odoo) for real-time tracking.
4. Digital & Sustainable Procurement
• Lead the digital transformation of procurement processes using AI and ERP tools.
• Explore sustainable sourcing strategies and alternative eco-friendly materials.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, including IoT integration for supply chain optimization.
5. Compliance & Quality Assurance
• Ensure all purchases meet company quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated on Lebanese and international import/export laws.
• Implement ethical procurement practices.

What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of procurement experience, ideally in home appliances & furniture.
• Strong expertise in international sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.
• Experience with ERP systems (preferably Odoo) and procurement analytics.
• Ability to lead procurement teams and work cross-functionally.
• Fluent in English; French is a plus.
