About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. The merchandiser will be responsible for ensuring the proper visibility, display, and stock availability of our non-food FMCG products across supermarkets, shops, and key retail points throughout Lebanon. This role is critical in supporting sales, maintaining strong relationships with store personnel, and ensuring our brand presence is always optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit assigned retail outlets regularly to check product display, shelving, and stock levels.

Ensure proper merchandising according to company guidelines (facing, shelf standards, visibility).

Monitor competitor activity and pricing and report findings to the sales team.

Coordinate with the sales team and drivers to ensure timely product replenishment.

Place promotional materials (shelf talkers, wobblers, stands, etc.) when needed.

Take before-and-after photos of displays for documentation and reporting.

Build and maintain positive relationships with store managers and staff.

Support in-store promotions and activations when required.

Report daily activity, issues, and feedback to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in merchandising, preferably in FMCG.

Strong knowledge of supermarkets and retail dynamics in Lebanon.

Good communication and relationship-building skills.

Attention to detail and high standards of presentation.

Ability to work independently and travel daily.

Reliable, proactive, and organized.

Valid driver’s license is a plus.

عن الوظيفة:

نبحث عن شخص نشيط ومنظّم للانضمام إلى فريقنا كـمسؤول ترتيب البضائع. سيكون هذا الدور مسؤولًا عن ضمان العرض الصحيح، الترتيب الجيد، وتوافر المخزون لمنتجاتنا من السلع الاستهلاكية غير الغذائية في المتاجر والسوبرماركت ونقاط البيع الرئيسية في جميع أنحاء لبنان. هذا الدور أساسي في دعم المبيعات، والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع مسؤولي المتاجر، وضمان حضور قوي لعلامتنا التجارية.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

زيارة المتاجر والنقاط المحددة بانتظام لمتابعة عرض المنتجات وترتيبها وتوفر المخزون.

ضمان ترتيب البضائع وفق معايير الشركة (التوجه الصحيح للمنتجات، تنظيم الرفوف، وضوح العرض).

متابعة نشاطات وأسعار المنافسين وإرسال تقارير للمبيعات.

التنسيق مع فريق المبيعات والسائقين لضمان تزويد المنتجات في الوقت المناسب.

وضع المواد الترويجية عند الحاجة (مثل اللوحات، الملصقات، الحوامل).

التقاط صور قبل وبعد لترتيب العرض لأغراض التوثيق والتقرير.

بناء علاقات إيجابية مع مسؤولي وموظفي المتاجر.

دعم الفعاليات والعروض داخل المتاجر عند الحاجة.

إرسال تقرير يومي عن النشاط والملاحظات والمشاكل إلى مدير المبيعات.

المؤهلات المطلوبة:

خبرة سابقة في ترتيب البضائع، ويفضل في مجال السلع الاستهلاكية.

معرفة جيدة بديناميكية الأسواق والسوبرماركت في لبنان.

مهارات تواصل جيدة وبناء علاقات.

دقة في التفاصيل واهتمام بالمظهر العام للمنتجات.

القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والتنقل يومياً.

الالتزام والانضباط والتنظيم.

وجود رخصة قيادة يعتبر ميزة إضافية.
