  • Meet with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget.
  • Develop design concepts and prepare presentations including mood boards, 2D/3D drawings, and materials.
  • Create detailed floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawings.
  • Select and specify furniture, finishes, lighting, and accessories.
  • Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and engineers to ensure successful project execution.
  • Conduct site visits to ensure designs are implemented correctly and address any on-site issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, sustainable materials, and design innovations.
  • Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high design standards.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or TS in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Interior Architect / Designer (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Creativity and attention to detail.
