Administrative Coordinator

Job duties:

*Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and events for staff members.

*Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic.

*Assist with preparing and processing documents, reports, and correspondence.

*Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.

*Support various administrative tasks as needed by different departments.


Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
A positive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn.

Location: Zouk Mosbeh
Work schedule: Monday till Friday - 7 am till 4:30 pm
