We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of daily administrative tasks while supporting various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and organize office operations and procedures.
Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence professionally.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars.
Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as needed.
Maintain records and filing systems (physical and digital).
Assist in the planning and execution of company events and activities.
Provide administrative support to team members and leadership as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with office equipment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
