Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM (Weekends Off)

GSM, a leading facility management company, is looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our team. If you have a strong background in marketing and sales support, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
• Conduct cold calls and send a minimum of 100 emails daily to potential clients.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals.
• Monitor and assist with SEO strategies to improve online presence.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and digital advertising efforts.
• Support lead generation and market research initiatives.
• Maintain and manage customer databases using CRM software (experience required).

Requirements:
• Experience in CRM software is a must.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or sales support.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in email marketing and CRM tools.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing strategies.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized.
